Firm Overview & History

Our law firm was founded in Phoenix, Arizona by partners Mark Goldberg and John Osborne. Goldberg & Osborne opened its first office in Phoenix in March 1989. Within four months, we opened our second office in Tucson. Since then, we have grown to 17 offices, and more than 20 lawyers, throughout Arizona. Our entire law practice is devoted to helping injured people. We have recovered over 1 billion 300 million dollars in settlements for our clients. Our mission is to treat every client with care and respect, protect their rights and guide them in their pursuit of justice.

In order to help injured people throughout the country, Goldberg & Osborne has formed associations with law firms across the United States. Our firm currently represents people injured from welding rod fumes and dangerous drugs, including Baycol, Rezulin and Ephedra. We have represented over 3000 people from across the country that took the diet drugs Fen-Phen or Redux. We have also represented more than 1300 women in connection with their silicon gel breast implant claims. We handle personal injury cases including automobile accidents, premises liability, dog bite injuries, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence cases, defective medical devices and dangerous drugs.

Mark Goldberg received a Bachelor of Science degree, with high honor, from Stevens University of Technology in 1967, and was presented with his Juris Doctor in 1970 by the New York University School of Law. John Osborne is an honors graduate from Stanford University and received his Juris Doctor in 1981 at the University of Texas at Austin.
