Mesothelioma Symptoms

Some symptoms to look for after mesothelioma cancer and asbestos exposure:

• Shortness of breath, especially notable during exertion
• Tightness in the chest
• Frequent cough, wheezing
• Coughing up blood
• Bronchial cough
• Pain when taking deep breaths
• General chest pain
• Nail Abnormalties
• Swelling of the Neck
• Clubbing of fingers (the thickening of fingers with greater curvature around the nail)

You can be tested for asbestos symptoms using the following:

Chest X-ray
Stethoscope
Pulmonary function tests
CT scan of the lungs
