How do I get a refund for unused Vioxx?

Patients seeking a refund should contact the National Notification Center at 1-800-805-9542 to acquire a pre-paid postage Vioxx Return Package.

Patients can get a refund on unused Vioxx by mailing back the remaining drug in the original container, along with a pharmacy receipt. A note with the patient's name, address and phone number should be included. The company will reimburse the cost of the full prescription (as reflected on the pharmacy receipt).
